COL (Ret.) John Schleifer - President and CEO
John Schleifer has over 34 years of demonstrated expertise in global cyber operations, intelligence operations, technology integration, communications systems management, resource management and training. Prior to becoming the President and CEO of ACS, John served as the Vice President of Cyber Security at By Light Professional IT Services, and as the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer in the Defense Sector of L-3 National Security Solutions. John has had a long and distinguished career in the United States Army and has served in numerous Joint and Executive Leadership positions. He is a decorated combat veteran having commanded Brigade and Battalion level forces in Iraq and Afghanistan. He most recently served at Defense Information Systems Agency as the commander for the Joint Staff Support Center and was the Director of Operations (J3) of Joint Task Force - Global Network Operations during the establishment of US Cyber Command as a sub unified command of US Strategic Command. John has a Masters Degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Masters in Strategic Studies for the United States Army War College.
Shaun Wagner - CFO
Shaun Wagner has over 20 years of experience in financial and business operations for government contracting with expertise in system migration and process reengineering. Shaun joined ACS in 2021 to bring all the accounting and HR functions in-house, focusing on building the back office to streamline operations and position the company for growth. Shaun oversees all financial aspects for ACS as well as multiple joint ventures in which ACS is the managing member. Shaun is a licensed CPA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Frostburg State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of Maryland.
Alfredo Henriquez - VA Programs Director
Alfredo Henriquez is a native Washingtonian with over a decade of leadership experience in global cyber operations, technology integration, and unified communications. Alfredo leads ACS’s Veteran Affairs programs and his responsibilities include management, business development, capture and technical innovation across the vertical. Prior to joining ACS, Alfredo held varying positions supporting and directing complex IT projects at NOAA, CMS, USCIS, and the VA.
